- Antimicrobial Treatment & HEPA Cleaning: After physical removal, we perform a 3-step cleaning cycle: thorough HEPA-vacuuming, damp-wiping with Health Canada-approved antimicrobial agents, and a final HEPA-vacuuming of all surfaces to eliminate remaining fine particulates.
- Verification and Clearance: We maintain containment until an independent, third-party Industrial Hygienist or Indoor Environmental Professional (IEP) conducts aggressive air and surface sampling to issue a formal Clearance Certificate.
